We had a great time visiting our new friends at 490 Farmers again last night, during their weekly Urban Farm Volunteer Night. We got to meet with leadership, fellow plot members and volunteers. We took a tour of the space, got some advice from the experts and finalized our crop and farming plans for our Pride Community Garden plot. We’re so excited to begin this special project and work with these lovely people – who value community, mutual aid and sustainability – in the coming weeks and months. We hope our efforts can help support our local LGBTQ+ community and Rochester LGBTQ+ Mutual Aid.
