Action Front Center (Action for a Better Community

Action Front Center (AFC) provides evidence based HIV, STD and Hepatitis C prevention, HIV testing services and access to health care and supportive services for people living with HIV and those at high risk. The program is committed to helping people living with HIV to have a voice, and developing opportunities to participate in community efforts to eliminate HIV, STDs and Hepatitis C and health disparities. All services are free, confidential and available in English and Spanish.
