Rochester LGBTQ+ Together was pleased to attend the ROC Pride Week Opening Ceremony on Monday night, which included the official sashing ceremony of our 2023 Grand Marshal Reenah Golden and Honorary Marshal Todd Ranous, two individuals that continuously make space for, celebrate and uplift our community’s youth. Thank you for all that you do! Thanks to ROC Pride Collective Chair Sam Brett for your numerous shoutouts to Rochester LGBTQ+ Together and acknowledgments of the critically important work of all of our local grassroots LGBTQ+ groups and the urgent need to support them. Our team distributed FREE handheld intersex-inclusive progress Pride flags to everyone in attendance. Trillium Health: Let’s make sure there’s a giant inclusive flag hanging in MLK Park next year to show that we support ALL members of our LGBTQIA2S+ community too, please!
