Wellness Wednesday

Rochester LGBTQ+ Together hosts Wellness Wednesday programs weekly on Wednesdays. Some of these programs are held in-person and others virtually via Zoom. Age restrictions vary.

Note: For safety and security, all attendees must be willing and able to join on video for virtual programs. These programs are primarily for those in Rochester, Monroe County, and Western NY. For in-person programs that are all ages, minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
