Rochester LGBTQ+ Together is a grassroots, volunteer-run organization. We are by and for the people. In order to best serve our community, we are constantly learning and growing, with the goal of making individuals of all identities and experiences within our diverse LGBTQIA2S+ community feel visible, heard, welcomed, accepted, supported and safe.
From the creation of our group, one of the simplest ways we’ve begun to do this is by handing out FREE handheld Pride flags. We do so year-round, but especially during “Pride season” in June and July. We cannot overstate the joyful expressions we’ve witnessed from folks of all ages when we “have their flag.” We’re delighted to showcase our significantly expanded offering of Pride flags for this year’s ROC Pride Festival at Cobbs Hill Park. We hope you’ll stop by our booth for a FREE flag (while supplies last), as well as other information, resources and goodies.
